Antique 9ct Rose Gold Four Bar Gate & Padlock Bracelet, 8 - 8.25 inch

A fabulous women's antique 9ct gold fancy gate bracelet with an inscription MJ from TN, 1910. The completely solid gold bracelet has a great weight at 15 grams and is a little longer than average: it's best suited to women who usually buy 8 - 8.25 inch wrist wear. The bracelet consists four bars, joined by three rows of small oval links. The bracelet closes via a substantial padlock in good working order with an original finesse stamp for 9C and maker's mark HA&S. Colour wise, the gold is a very warm yellow to rose. There is a safety chain for extra reassurance, and both the closing loops are also stamped for 9ct gold. Overall a lovely item with some areas of denting to the bars as you would expect on a 110 year + bracelet (see last two pics for examples), but really in good condition and very well cherished and cared for all this time.
