Antique Gold Opal Heart & Diamond Cased Stick Pin
A lovely little stick pin, one of the more beautiful examples we have come across in our time, featuring a polished precious opal heart in a 4 claw setting, and flanked by 4 single cut diamonds at north, south, east and west. The stones are set into solid gold which tests somewhere between 14ct and 15ct, while the pin itself tests as 9ct gold. The stick pin is cased as shown in a velvet lined leather box, and it's a splendid Victorian item seeking a new lapel to call home.
