Victorian 15ct Gold Turquoise & Pearl Ring
This ring is truly wonderful, aside from its very obvious beauty, it was made in 1867 making it 154 years in age! The ring has been made from solid 15ct yellow gold and features beautiful, hand engraved stylising to the shoulders. It's been set with two natural pearls and four turquoise cabochons.
It's a highly decorative piece that looks fabulous on the hand. Condition wise - the band has been resized at some point a very long time ago, and the extra slice of gold added to the shank is visible at the bottom. One of the outer turquoise stones appears to be re-glued at some point, and is possibly a replacement stone. This is not just a piece of jewellery, but a piece of history as well.
